Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PostPolish, including the Chrome extension, website, account system, and paid subscription features.

1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using PostPolish, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

PostPolish provides AI-assisted writing tools that help users polish, expand, or generate social replies and related text. Features may be offered through a Chrome extension, a web app, and subscription-based account services.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  • You must use the service only in compliance with applicable law.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and sign-in methods.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You may use PostPolish only for lawful and authorized purposes.
  • You may not use the service to generate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
  • You may not interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service infrastructure except as permitted by law.
  • You may not use the service in a way that violates the policies or rights of third-party platforms.

5. User Content

  • You retain responsibility for the text you input, submit, or publish using PostPolish.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before using or posting it.
  • You must ensure that your content and use of generated output do not violate law or third-party rights.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

PostPolish uses AI systems to assist with writing. Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable for your intended use. You should independently review all output before relying on it.

7. Plans, Billing, and Subscription Terms

  • Some features may be free, while others require a paid subscription.
  • Current plan pricing shown in the service includes a monthly option at $3.90 and a yearly option at $39, unless updated in the product.
  • Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe or another billing provider we may designate.
  • Your subscription status, renewal state, and billing access depend on the billing provider records.
  • If payment fails, paid access may be limited, suspended, or downgraded.
  • You can manage eligible billing settings through the account page or the billing provider portal when available.

8. Changes to Features and Pricing

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including features, limits, integrations, and pricing, at any time. When required, we will provide notice through the website, product interface, or email.

9. Intellectual Property

  • PostPolish and its branding, software, interface, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the operator.
  • These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or any underlying intellectual property to you.
  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the service except as allowed by law or with permission.

10. Third-Party Services

PostPolish may rely on third-party services such as Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, Google, Chrome, and social platforms. We are not responsible for the separate products, policies, or availability of those third parties.

11. Termination or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or others, or if the service is discontinued. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of PostPolish.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms
